MD Explain, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.mdexplain.com website (the "Service").

The terms/phrases "satisfaction guarantee", "satisfaction guaranteed", "guaranteed satisfaction" (further referred to in this document as "guarantee") is defined and followed through as follows. The customer will have 24 hours following our last response to their question to respond with further clarifying questions or comments. All responses by the customer must occur through our website's (https://MDExplain.com/my-question/) question-and-answer platform. Responses by the customer through email are not valid forms of response. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of our last comment to the customer on our question-and-answer platform (https://MDExplain.com/my-question/) it is deemed that the customer is satisfied (our "guarantee" has been fulfilled) and the question will be closed. Customer satisfaction may be determined by MD Explain, LLC when appropriate and the question may be closed to further online discussion if deemed appropriate by us.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
